A '+' before a word means the word must be associated with the pictures returned.

A '-' before a word means the word must not be associated with the pictures returned.

If there is neither a '+' nor a '-' in front of the word then the word is optional.

You can also use brackets () to group words.

Examples:

  • '+female +nurse' will find all pictures which are labelled with both of the words 'female' and 'nurse'.
  • 'female nurse' will find all pictures which are labelled with a least one of the words 'female' or 'nurse'.
  • '-female +nurse' will find all pictures which are labelled with the word 'nurse' but are not labelled with the word 'female'.
  • '+female +(nurse carer) will find all pictures which are labelled with the word 'female' and at least one of the words 'nurse' or 'carer'.
